Our LIFC 2025: Retro Arcade Guest of Honour is Cy! As a kid, Cy has always enjoyed drawing. Akin to a tanuki, he has shifted from form to form, from a programmer to a freelance artist. Inspired by comics and peers who practised the craft, Cy became an artist and aspired to publish his own! Starting with animation work in the studio, he developed his skills while self-publishing comics at local conventions. Now, he makes a living doing freelance work.
Through his journey as an artist, Cy has worked in different mediums from animation to books and then to games. He is also the illustrator of the graphic novel “Aswang High”.
